Applications

The resistant cutting wire reaches the temperature of a few hundred Celsius degrees during EPS cutting. To ensure it is properly tensioned throughout the cut, UnionTech offers various wire tensioning systems - spring, pneumatic or electric - depending on the machine size and application.

SHAPEWIRE BAR temporarily replaces the straight wire to produce interesting rotary shapes works with both TurnTable and Lathe perfect for grooves, threads and similar shapes 1 mm thick shapeable wire (reusable) will heat up to 50 cm long pieces of shapewire bar easy to install and remove when not needed
